VANCOUVER, BC - December 12, 2006 - AfterCAD Software Inc. & OrbytSoft Communications today announce the successful completion of their merger. The merger brings together the deep vertical knowledge and patent portfolios of both companies (CAD & Semantic Web) which together form the new AfterCAD Software.

The OrbytSoft Merger gives AfterCAD crucial knowledge and Patent IP in the fields of Semantic Web Technology and Ajax Portal creation. "Now we have the ability to create our true AJAX knowledge-portal turnkey solution, AfterCAD Enterprise” Said Chris Boothroyd, CEO of AfterCAD Software.
